The weekly sessions are a mixture of creative arts techniques. What is uniquely MamaSuze is that we offer a free creche facility so that many of our participants, who are single mothers, can have respite from caring responsibilities. We also provide refreshments and travel money.

Within this space women can feel supported enough to park their difficult experiences, relax and play. This supports them with language skills, helps with making friends and builds resilience and community.
